Yes. If you don’t have a ready-to-print file, visit our Design & Custom Help section. You can also request a custom quote if you’d like us to handle the design from scratch.
We review every file before printing and will contact you if we spot a problem. If something isn’t right with a completed order, reach out to us at info@calicocreative.graphics or call 916-680-9944 and we’ll work to make it right.
You can browse the shop without an account, but creating one lets you track your orders and reorder easily. It only takes a minute — create an account here.
PDF is our preferred format and will give you the best results. We also accept JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, and EPS files. Not sure if your file will work? Upload it and we’ll review it before printing.

For Designers & Print Ready Files
Always design and save in CMYK. RGB files may experience a color shift during printing.
300 dpi. Low-resolution files may print as-is or be held until new files are received.
Bleed should extend 0.125″ past the cut line for standard products, and 0.25″ for booklets and presentation folders. Keep all text at least 0.125″ inside the cut line. Download our templates for pre-set bleed guides.
Use these settings in Illustrator or InDesign:
- Adobe PDF Preset: Press Quality
- Compatibility: Acrobat 4 (PDF 1.3)
- Compress Text and Line Art: Off
- Include Document BleedDo Not Include Crop Marks and Color Bars
Convert all Pantone/PMS colors to CMYK before submitting. We print in CMYK and the conversion can shift colors unexpectedly if not done in advance.
Use C60 M40 Y40 K100 for large areas of black. Pure 100% K can look washed out at larger sizes. Exception: dye-sublimated products (banners, flags, table covers) use C100 M100 Y100 K100.
Submit files print-ready with correct rotation. Front and back files should both be oriented the same way (both vertical or both horizontal). We print head-to-head as submitted and are not responsible for incorrect rotation.
Bundling sorts your order into packs of 50 or 100, banded to USPS EDDM requirements. Add 1 to 2 days to your turnaround when ordering with bundling. Maximum quantity is 25,000 pieces.
Yes, in packs of 50 and 100 on selected products.
Counter cards ship with a 5″ double-wing easel back. Easel backs arrive flat and require final assembly.
